摘要
根据矿山企业安全生产管理实际,建立了矿山企业职工违章评价指标体系,在此基础上对各个违章指标进行了量化,利用1~9级评分法确定了各指标的权重,建立了企业职工违章指标评价模型,便于各个矿山根据评价结果采取相应的措施,及时预防重大安全事故的发生,提高矿山安全生产水平以及决策工作的科学性和可靠性。
A comprehensive evaluation system of employees'regulation breaking in mining enterprise was established according to the reality of the safety production management of mining enterprise. Based on this, the indexes of regulation breaking were quantified and their weight was determined using 1 - 9 grading method. As a result, an evaluation model of employees'regulation breaking indexes was constructed, facilitating the mines to adopt correspondent measures according to the evaluation results so as to timely prevent the major safety accidents and to improve the mine safety production level, and the science and reliability of the decision-making work.
