摘要
马钢南山矿业有限责任公司凹山采场经过近半个世纪的大规模开采,矿石资源即将枯竭。为此,公司利用小规模机械分采、干式预选抛尾、阶段磨选等技术处理排土场废弃低品位矿石,采用盘式磁选机和摇床回收选厂磁选尾矿中的铁和硫,充分利用了矿石资源,减少了环境污染,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。同时,引进高压对辊技术处理接替矿山高村铁矿的极贫铁矿石,实现粗粒大量抛尾,有效降低磨矿成本,为企业的可持续发展打下了坚实基础。
The ore resource in Washan Pit, Nanshan Mining Co. , Ltd, MaSteel will be depleted soon through nearly half a century's large scale mining. Therefore, the company adopts the techniques of small scale mechanical separate mining, dry pre-concentration for discarding railings and staged grinding and separation to treat the low grade ore discarded in the dump, and uses disk magnetic separators and tables to recover the iron and sulfur in the railings of the magnetic separation in the concentrator, thus fully utilizing the ore resource, reducing the environment pollution and achieving good economic and social benefits. Meanwhile, high pressure counter-roll breaker to treat the extremely lean iron ore of Gaocun Iron Mine, a relaying mine, which has realized the railings discarding at large quantity and the effective reduction of the grinding cost, thus laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
