肾衰宁胶囊治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效观察

Effect Observation On Treating Chronic Renal Failure By Shenshuaining Capsule

目的观察肾衰宁胶囊治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法选择40例慢性肾功能衰竭病人，随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组服用肾衰宁胶囊，对照组服用包醛氧化淀粉。两组同时给予优质低蛋白饮食，进行肾功能实验室指标检测。结果治疗组血乐素氮、肌酐明显下降。对照组血尿素氮明显下降，但肌酐下降不明显。结论肾衰宁胶囊能延缓慢性肾功能衰竭进展。

AIM To observe the effect of Shenshuaining capsule in treating patients of chronic renal failure. METHODS Forty patients with chronic renal failure（CRF）were divided into treatment and control groups at random. The treatment group was administrated with Shenshuaining capsule and the control group was administrated with Oxystarch. At the same time, both groups were managed with good low protein diet, laboratory figure of renal function were examined. RESULTS Blood urea and creatinine of the treatment groups reduced obviously. Blood urea of the control groups reduced obviously, but the serum creatinine didn＇t reduce obviously. CONCLUSION Shenshuainng capsule can delay the progression of the renal failure.
