摘要
文章通过对国内五百多家公共图书馆盲人服务状况的调查,分析了目前国内公共图书馆盲人服务的资源、宣传、无障碍设施、资金等方面存在的问题,参考国外图书馆界的做法,提出建设我国公共图书馆盲人服务体系的建议,并分析了其可行性。
Based on the survey about over 500 domestic public libraries, this paper analyzes the problems existing in service for blind readers in public libraries in China from the perspective of resources, advertising, barrier-free facilities, and financing; furthermore, it also propose to set up service system for blind readers referring to libraries abroad and analyzes its feasibility.
