In order to do good preparation for level assessment on talents training in higher vocational colleges, we should carry out ＂five should＂ such as launch in depth and perfect the organizations. Also a rectification work should center on the ＂four keys＂; In school terms, a unique talents training model should be built up with different types and different conditions of higher vocational colleges in connection with their own regional economic development, the basic conditions and geographical conditions.
