Modem educational technologies are not only technologies of medium transmission, which view multimedia technology and network technology as a core, but also include modem ideas, which change educational ideas, means and methods of instructors. Modem educational technology will thoroughly change the traditional ed- ucational concept and model. This paper discusses how modem educational technology exercise a influence on the educational and instructional innocation, and how to use modem educational technology to promote educational and instructional innocation.
