多媒体网络教学是信息革命的必然产物。随着这门新兴技术的出现,大学英语教学模式也相应地发生了变化,多媒体网络技术是当代教师必须掌握的技能。

Multimedia and online teaching is the consequence of Information Revolution. With its introduction, the teaching methods are affected accordingly. To a qualified college English teacher, to master this techonology is a must. But what principles should they use in their English teaching？ What are the advantages of this technology？ What is more, what are the problems existing in the application of this multimedia and online teaching？ This paper just elaberates the above questions.
