飞秒脉冲在啁啾膜中传输模拟及场分布分析

摘要 推导得出了超短脉冲的群延时(GD)、群速度色散(GDD)与脉冲时域波形之间的解析关系。通过电磁波时域有限差分算法(FDTD)及频域傅里叶变换两种方法模拟了fs脉冲在薄膜中传输的动态过程。结合超短脉冲对薄膜损伤的特点,分析了短脉冲对不同啁啾膜系中的场分布区别,以及其与长脉冲所形成的驻波场的区别,同时分析了其对损伤的影响。 Deduces the relationship between the time-domain pulse and its group delay(GD), group delay dispersion(GDD). The propagation process is simulated both in two methods: the finite difference time domain (FDTD) algorithm and matrix multiplication Frequency domain algorithm. Consider the characteristic of damage induced by ultrashort pulse in films, the differences of electric field distributions in different films are investigated. Meanwhile, the difference of electric field distribution between stand wave and ultrashort pulse and its effect to film damage are analyzed.
