摘要
为提取凹坑信息,提出采用基于光反射的非接触式检测方法。入射光和反射光构成固定的检测光路,其中入射光束的截面为椭圆形。凹坑连续划过入射光束,使探测器接收到的光电信号呈现有规律的变化。通过对凹坑信息检测建立数学模型,给出了光电信号的变化规律。检测信号的软件模拟结果和实测值有较好的吻合,同时实验还表明检测方案有很高的信噪比。
A non-contact detect method based on light reflect was developed for obtaining bit information. The incident light and reflected light make up a fixed detect optics, and the sectional shape of incident rays is elliptical. The pits continuously move through incident light, which produces regular photoelectric signal accepted by detector. The characteristics of photoelectric signal are made by establishing mathematic model of pit information detection. The simulation for detect signal is in better agreement with experimental result, and the high signal-to-noise ratio is observed in this experiment.
