摘要
FY-2气象卫星扫描辐射计可见—近红外窗口滤光片用来获取白天可见光和夜间近红外云图。介绍了窗口滤光片的设计和优化过程;材料的选择和匹配方案;膜层厚度的监控技术;真空室内不同位置基片均匀性的调整方法;滤光片光谱曲线和抗环境性能的测试和分析过程等。经光谱测试和环境可靠性实验表明,研制的该可见—近红外窗口滤光片满足空间工程的使用要求。
The visible and near infrared window radiometer was mainly used to obtain daytime visible filter for FY-2 meteorological satellite scanning and night infrared radiation from the earth . By designing and optimization, we find appropriate materials, monitoring methods , uniformity of film thickness. Performance of optical spectrum and environment resistibility were introduced, it was indicated that the window-filter can meet the requirement of space application.
