终止10～14周妊娠方法的研究

Discontinuation of 10～14 Week's Pregnancy

利用宫颈扩棒、利凡诺、己烯雌酚对９０名孕１０～１４周健康妇女（随机分３组）进行引产观察。结果表明，将己烯雌酚、宫颈扩棒、利凡诺三者结合起来用于终止１０～１４周妊娠可产生协同作用，可缩短引产时间，减少妊娠组织物残留，减少出血量，从而使终止１０～１４周妊娠的效果、安全性、可靠性明显提高。

The induced labor was observed by cervical dilating stick,rivanol and stilbestrol in 90 healthy gravidas for 10～14 weeks.The results showed that there is an obvious coordinative action in the combination of rivanol,dilating stick with stilbestrol to discontinue 10～14 week's pregnancy.It can decrease time of the induced labor,the pregnant tissue residue and amount of bleeding.Therapy efficiency,safeness and reliableness of discontinuing 10～14 week's pregnancy evidently are raise.
