国际农产品反倾销对出口国农业产业发展具有重要影响,其发展趋势不容乐观,必须深入系统地对农产品反倾销的原因进行研究。国际农产品反倾销既有与一般工矿业产品相同的产生原因,又有源于农业产业内部诸因素自身特点或涉农相关政策调整等原因,前者构成了农产品反倾销的一般性原因,后者则是农产品反倾销的特殊性原因,一般性原因在农产品反倾销过程中发挥了主导作用,而特殊性原因则在一定程度上进一步催化或方便了反倾销的实施。
