摘要 在成年大鼠,经主动脉注入甲基丙稀酸甲酯铸型剂后,在扫描电镜下观察结肠血管的复制模型。粘膜层的毛细血管围绕着结肠腺周围形成相互连通的毛细血管网。在粘膜腔侧,毛细血管环绕着每个结肠腺开口周围形成毛细血管环,并相互连通呈蜂窝状。粘膜下层有粗大的静脉网和动脉丛。肌层的毛细血管分两层,外层供应纵行肌、内层供应环行肌。 After methyl methacrylate were injected into the aorta of adult rats,the corrosion casts of colonic blood vessel replicas were observed by scanning electron microscope.In mucosal layer the capillaries formed a network of interconnected vessels surrounding the colonic gland.At luminal aspect of the mucosa,the capillaries formed a honeycomb pattern which consisted of capillary rings surrounding the luminal openings of colonic gland.In submucous layer,arterial plexus and coarse venous network were observed.The capillary network of the muscularis was divided into two layers.The outer layer supplied longitudinal muscles,while the inner layer supplied the circular muscles.No evidence of either mucosal or submucosal arteriovenous anastomosis was found.
