急性白血病多药耐药基因的检测与临床疗效观察

摘要 采用RTPCR方法对30例急性白血病病人的多药耐药(MDR)基因的表达进行初步研究,5例正常人为对照,对照组MDR1均为阴性。实验组24例MDR1阴性易达到完全缓解(CR),维持CR时间也较长,4例MDR基因阳性患者均未达到CR,其中2例MDR1阴性未达到CR。RTPCR方法分析MDR可以在分子水平揭示耐药机制。这种方法因设计独特排除了假阴性和假阳性,所需标本量少,适用于临床检测样本,可望成为临床化疗实施的重要指标。 We studied the expression of MDR gene by RT PCR in 30 acute leukemia patients.We choosed 5 normal persons as control.The expression of MDR in control group was all negative.Twenty four patients who are negative expression of MDR 1 gene in the study are apt to abtain a complete remission (CR) and maintain a long time in CR.Four patients who are positive expression of MDR 1 gene are failed to achieve CR.We eliminated false negative and positive results.Less amount of specimen was needed,so the experiment was applicable in clinic inspection.As a result,this method is possible to become the important standard in clinic chemotherapepeutic effectiveness.
