选用装有瘘管的试验动物4头,采用4×4拉丁方试验设计。日粮精粗比为30∶70,在十二指肠分别连续灌注赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、赖氨酸和蛋氨酸的混合物及10种必需氨基酸,通过对尿素氮、血浆氨基酸浓度变化的分析,研究赖氨酸、蛋氨酸的限制性顺序。试验结果表明,在此日粮水平下,蛋氨酸为第一限制性氨基酸,赖氨酸为第二限制性氨基酸。
