摘要
选用装有瘘管的试验动物4头,采用4×4拉丁方试验设计。日粮精粗比为30∶70,在十二指肠分别连续灌注赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、赖氨酸和蛋氨酸的混合物及10种必需氨基酸,通过对尿素氮、血浆氨基酸浓度变化的分析,研究赖氨酸、蛋氨酸的限制性顺序。试验结果表明,在此日粮水平下,蛋氨酸为第一限制性氨基酸,赖氨酸为第二限制性氨基酸。
Four rumen-cannulated Holsteins cows were used in 5×5 Latin square experiments designed to study the I.ys and Met limited order to Met ,Lys,mixtureof Met and Lys and ten need amino acid infused into the abomasum, The cows were fed with cereal concentrate:crude 30 : 70, In conclusion: in our experiment Met is the first-limiting AA and I.ys is the second-limiting AA.
