宫颈癌浸润转移的分子生物学研究进展

摘要 宫颈癌浸润转移是患者死亡的主要原因,也是决定临床治疗和评估预后的重要指标。有关其分子机制的研究表明,这是一个多阶段复杂的过程,其中包括黏附、运动、酶解及血管新生等,每一阶段都受着不同因素的影响及相关基因的调控。如黏附分子CD44v6、整合素、基质金属蛋白酶等。介绍近年来有关转移相关分子在宫颈癌浸润转移研究领域的新进展。
