摘要
科技进步需要持续的投入,科技投入立法就是为持续的科技投入提供法律保障。在概括沈阳、广州等九省市科技投入立法特点的基础上,对目前国内科技投入立法体例、内容以及相关机制等方面进行了比较分析。
The continuous investments are needed for advance of science and technology. The S＆T investment legislation provides the legal safeguard for the continuous investment. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the characteristics of the S＆T investment legislations in Shenyang, Guangdong etc., this paper has comparatively analyzed the legislation style, content and correlative mechanism, and put forward some proposals for the Tianjin S＆T investment legislation.
