摘要
技术创新是一种战略活动,也是一种资源投入活动,技术创新必须能够实现价值创新,才能够获得客户认同,进而为企业创造利润。能够提供价值创新的技术创新必须满足三个条件:首先,技术创新要针对关键客户价值要素展开;其次,技术创新能够有效提升关键客户价值;最后,技术创新带来的客户价值提升还应该容易被客户感知。
As a type of strategic and resource inputting activity, technology innovation should enable the actualization of value innovation. Then, it will acquire the identification from clients and bring profits for enterprises. In this process, three preconditions should be achieved: firstly, technology innovation should be developed aiming at key elements of customer value; secondly, technology innovation should be able to improve key customer value effectively; finally, to the clients, the improvement driven by technology innovation should be easy to perceive.
