摘要
在国际化程度越来越高的今天,中国企业越来越多的走向世界,成为中国跨国公司。国外有关企业国际化的研究集中于外向国际化阶段。以中国企业国际化为背景,对内向国际化和外向国际化一并进行了探讨,识别出中国企业国际化的三种模式,并在每种模式中寻找到典型的企业代表。
Today, more and more Chinese firms go abroad and become Chinese multinational companies. The researches related to finns＇ internationalization mainly focused on outward internationalization. This article conducts research on the inward and outward internationalization together based on Chinese finns and identifies three patterns of Chinese finns＇ internationalization. In accordance with each pattern, we describe the internationalization process by using one specific company.
