摘要
鱼雷壳体是鱼雷的主体结构,而壳体设计涉及问题众多,且需要反复修改,利用数字化技术,提出将鱼雷外形曲线、最小壁厚、环肋、补强孔、凸台等问题综合解决的新方法,实现鱼雷壳体的快速设计,为智能化鱼雷设计提供实践基础。并在UG软件平台上进行二次开发,以典型实例实现了算法。
One main component of the torpedo is the shell. The traditional designing procedure of the latter involves many problems, which result in the frequent correction of the design scheme. Based on the digital techniques, a new approach is proposed to design the shell rapidly. Some key issues such as designing of the shape curve of the torpedo, minimum shell thickness, annular rib, strengthened hole, pad, etc, are taken into account simultaneously in the approach, which is the basis of the intelligent design of torpedo. Based on the typical components of torpedo shell, the present approach is carried out with the aid of the second development platform of software UG.
