摘要 尘螨是最常见最主要的室内过敏原之一,该文从重组变应原的致敏蛋白特点、致敏蛋白表达量、免疫学机制及其在诊断治疗中的应用等4个方面对重组变应原的研究现状进行了综述。 House dust mite is one of the most common and important indoor allergens. This paper reviews the current research progress on recombinant mite allergens focusing on the character, the expression yield, immunologic mechanism, and application in the diagnc,sis and therapy of the recombinant allergens.
