摘要
对型号主体系统中的钛合金气瓶进行有限元静力学分析。采用三维十节点四面体结构单元计算气瓶在各种典型工况下的应力,提取分布规律。在此基础上,对气瓶的性能进行试验验证,以确保设计结构的可行性。同时,也为后续的结构设计和试验验证提供理论依据。
Statical analysis with finite element method is performed to pressurized pressure vessel of titanium alloys. With 3D-10node-tetrahedron structural units, deformation of the pressure vessel is calculated in various typical operating modes, and the rule of stress distribution is analysed. The performance of pressure vessel is testified by experiments in order to guarantee the feasibility of structure. Meanwhile, the above analyses will provide an theoretical foundation for the future sructure design and test.
