摘要
对几种中药混合挥发油β-环糊精包和物的制备工艺进行研究.采用正交实验法,以包和率为指标,研究饱和水溶液法和超声法包合混合挥发油的最佳工艺.包和物制备最佳方法是饱和水溶液法,工艺为:V(挥发油):m(β-环糊精)=1:10,40℃搅拌1 h,干燥温度为50℃,包合率可达到78.02%.饱和水溶液法比超声法更易控制温度,具有快速、简便等特点.本研究为几种中药混合挥发油与β-环糊精饱和物的制备提供了最佳工艺.
The paper meant to study the process technology of the inclusion compound of volatile oil of some traditional Chinese medicine by an orthogonal design, which was based on the inclusion rate of cinnamon oil so that the best technological process could be selected. V(mixed oils):m(β-cyclodextrin)=1:10, the agitated temperature was 40℃, and dried at 50℃, the inclusion rate reached 78.02%. The method for saturating water solution is easer than the ultrasonic one in temperature control and the research provided the best operation condition for the preparation of inclusion compound of mixed volatile oil extracted from some traditional Chinese medicine with β-cyclodextrin.
