摘要
本文由传统物资管理的特点说明了传统物资管理与现代化造船模式的不相适应,进而论述了现代化造船模式中产品导向型的物资管理的目标,并从成组技术、价值工程、供应链管理模式以及物资管理组织体制的角度论述了产品导向型船厂物资管理的实施特征。
This paper explains that traditional material management is unadaptable to the modem shipbuilding pattern from its characteristics, and discusses the aim of shipyard＇s material management of product oriented as well as its actualizing characteristics from group technology, value engineering, supply chain management and organization system.
