摘要
本文从行政组织理论和学理比较角度,对学习型组织的核心概念:个体学习、组织学习和学习型组织三者之间的区别和联系以及个体学习和组织学习的转化机制、知识传递机制进行了研究和辨析,结果显示:个体学习是构建学习型组织的基础,组织学习是个体学习的系统性整合,学习型组织是组织学习的学习指导理念与奋斗目标。
In the perspectives of administrational and organizational theories, this paper hrstly analyses me differences and relationships between the three core concepts in learning organization theories, including individual learning, organizational learning and learning organization and then studies the transformation mechanism from individual learning to organizational learning and the deliverability of knowledge. The main research finding are: individual learning is the foundation to establish learning organization, while organizational learning is the systematic integration of individual learning; learning organization is the principal guide and pursuing target for organizational learning, and the mission of the learning organization is to integrate individual learning with organizational learning.
