学习者的成人特性对法学远程教学设计的影响

Impact of distance learner's adult features upon instructional design for the course of law

摘要 成人学习者学习基础的实践性特征、学习动机的实用性特征、学习条件的社会性特征和学习过程的主体性特征,要求我们在法学远程教学中树立经验意识、价值意识、客体意识和平等意识,并在法学远程教学中作针对性调整与设计。 The research on learners has gradually become focus of modern distance education research. The characteristics of adults in distance learning and relevant learning features will eventually affect a series of issues for design and practice of distance instruction. Therefore, considerations have to be made. For the particular specialty of law, there are many common features in the respects of social experiences, theoretical basis, learning motivation, logical thinking ability, comprehensive ability, appreciate ability, mechanical memory ability, etc. These characteristics for adults have affected distance learning in the specialty of law. Considering the above-mentioned impacts, we should pay attention to experiences consciousness, value consciousness, topic consciousness and equality consciousness in distance teaching of the specialty of law, while conducting the teaching design of distance learning, and to realize concretely in some segments of course design concept, course offering, assessment system, construction of teaching materials, teaching method and the way of teaching, etc. In this way, the quality of distance learning for the specialty of law can be improved and consequently reach the objective of fostering higher-level professional personnel in the field of law in the specialty of law in distance learning.
