摘要
目的:对麦冬药材的脂溶性成分进行气质联用成分分析。方法:采用气质联用技术对中药麦冬的三氯甲烷部位进行化学成分分析,通过质谱棒图分析及NIST98谱库检索,确定化合物结构。结果:确定了气质联用分析条件,从麦冬块根的三氯甲烷部位测得32个脂溶性成分。结论:该方法解析了麦冬低极性部位的化学成分,为全面反映麦冬的化学成分提供依据。
Objective:To analyze the liposoluble components from Radix Ophiopogonis. Method:GC-MS was used to identify the chemical components from trichloromethane extracts of Radix Ophiopogonis. The structures of the identified components were confirmed by analysis of MS spectra and indexing of NIST98 spectral database. Results: The GC-MS condition was optimized and thirty-two compounds were obtained. Conclusion : The GC-MS technique laid a basis for further analysis of active principles from Radix Ophiopogonis.
