摘要
轮胎是一种常见的橡胶制品,在轮胎的生产过程中硫化是一个重要环节;针对轮胎硫化过程中内部温度的分布不均匀以及目前的在线测温技术不完善的情况,采用神经网络对轮胎制品内部温度进行预测,从而为轮胎硫化程度的控制、硫化工艺条件的确定以及硫化制品的合格率提高提供有力的支持,此方法在实际使用中误差在+1℃以内。
Tyre is a familiar rubber product, vulcanization is an important segment during rubber production. As the inner temperature distributing is asymmetry and the temperature can not be measured exactly on line, the tyre's inner temperature can be predicted by means of neural network. The prediction result provides sustention for controlling of rubber vulcanization degree and conformability of vulcanization technics' condition. The error is less than ±1℃ .
