山东省水资源特点与可持续利用对策的研究

Research on the Water Resources' Characteristic and Sustainable Utilize Countermeasures in Shandong Province

水资源严重不足,供需矛盾突出,已成为山东省国民经济和社会发展的一个重要制约因素。目前,由于水资源的过量开发利用,造成了地下水漏斗加深、河道断流、地表和地下水污染等生态环境恶化问题,加剧了水资源的供需矛盾,严重地影响到山东省的水资源安全。为此,对山东省水资源的基本特征、开发利用中存在的问题分别进行了分析探讨,在此基础上提出了实现山东省水资源保护与可持续利用的对策与措施。

Shandong is a serious water shortage province, offerings and requirement contradiction have already been outstanding, and water resources are the key-limiting factor to country economy and society development. At present, over-exploitation and utilization of water resources have caused the deterioration in ecological environment such as groundwater funnel, pollution of surface water and ground water, etc, which aggravate the offerings and requirement contradiction and affect the water resources safety in Shandong province. The article analyzes the basic features of water resources and the problems existing in the process of exploiting and using water resources in Shandong Province. At last the countermeasures of water protection and sustainable utilization in the area are put forward in this paper.
