摘要
主要介绍了4100型直喷式柴油机的燃油系统几个主要参数—喷油压力、喷孔直径和孔数、喷油嘴凸出高度及供油提前角的优化设计和试验研究。试验结果表明:提高喷油压力,采用多孔数、小孔径喷油嘴,减小供油提前角及合理的喷油嘴凸出高度,柴油机能得到较好的性能指标。该研究结果为今后其它机型的设计和改进提供一定的经验和依据,可供同行参考。
This paper introduces the optimization and experimental study of the fuel system parameters, injection pressure, diameter and number of injection nozzle holes, fuel injection timing, magnitude of injection nozzle projecting, in the direct injection diesel engine 4100.The experimental results show that increasing injection pressure, incorporating an injection nozzle with more holes and small hole diameter, decreasing fuel injection timing and rational magnitude of injection nozzle projecting are helpful for the performance of the diesel engine, which has provided experience and the basis for developing other engine designs, and may be available for reference by persons of the same trade.
