我国加入WTO后,特别是在提出“三农问题”后,发挥品质优良、特色明显、附加值高的农产品优势,加快转移农村劳动力,增加农民收入,使农业经济结构调整纵深发展已成为必然。为此,在全面分析我国农业经济现状的基础上,以新制度经济学为理论指导,提出了新时期调整优化农业经济结构的可行性措施,即加强优质农产品基地建设和提高加工转化能力、充分发挥各地区的比较优势、调整农村劳动力就业结构、坚持科技创新,以科技创新推动农业结构优化升级等。

The author is comprehensively analyzing Chinese agricultural economy present situation in the foundation, takes the new system economic as the theory instruction, and proposes the new time adjustment optimization agricultural economy structure feasible solution.
