城市土地集约利用潜力评价指标体系的建立——以河北省为例

Evaluation on the Urban Land Intensive Using Potential in Hebei Province

以河北省143个市县为研究对象,建立了适合区域内多个城市土地集约利用的评价指标体系和指标合理值标准;根据指标量化及测算所得综合分值,将土地集约利用程度划分为集约利用、适度利用、低度利用和粗放利用等4个级别,在分析集约利用潜力评价结果的基础上提出了提高河北省城市土地集约利用的对策和建议。构建土地集约利用评价的指标体系,对河北省不同类型的城市采用相同指标与不同合理值标准进行评价,反映了区域内各种类型城市之间的差异,可为政府宏观调控提供依据。

This paper mainly discusses the problem of urban land intensive use and takes the 143 cities and counties in Hebei Province as a case. Based on the current situation analysis of the Urban Land use the authors summarize the characteristic of land use in Hebei province. Therefore, the text select fifteen index of three layer, through the building up different evaluation index systems and methods, the authors give the evaluation conclusion about the urban intensive use in Hebei province. Finally some ideas which are beneficial to urban land intensive use have been put forward. The different kinds of cities adopt the same index and different rational value which reflect the regional difference of different kings of cities, offer basis of controlling land market and economizing and intensively utilizing land resources.
