摘要
针对农牧业中的蝗灾控制问题,运用高压静电喷雾技术研制了喷洒灭蝗机。该机具以越野车为载体,车厢上安装独立柴油发电机,在驾驶室内可控制喷雾的启停、喷头的俯仰及旋转运动。在新疆维吾尔自治区的蝗区进行了整机现场试验,对比了荷电与非荷电、不同药液及不同药液喷量下的灭蝗效果。在荷电、锐劲特药液的喷量为1.0L/min时,得到了该机具运行的最佳灭蝗效果。
A high-voltage electrostatic spraying machine was developed to control grasshoppers in agriculture and stockbreeding and reduce the expense induced by the outbreak of grasshopper disaster. A four-wheel drive vehicle was adopted as the carrying equipment. Independent diesel generator was installed on the platform of the vehicle. Start-up and halt of the spraying, pitching and horizontal rotation of the spray part can be realized by a control panel in the cab. The integrated machine experiment was performed in a grasshopper zone of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Experimental results exhibit the killing effects with different pesticides, pesticide flow rates and electrostatic factors. Optimized killing effect of the machine comes from the charged condition with the flow rate of Regent being 1.0L/min.
