4125A型柴油机采用AK-10型起动机,该柴油机在农用拖拉机中被广泛应用。启动困难和不启动是AK-10型起动机最常见的故障。为了帮助相关技术人员更好地使用和维护该起动机,结合多年来的实践经验和相关的专业知识,详细阐述了造成AK-10型起动机启动困难或不能启动的各种原因以及排除该故障的各种方法,这对该起动机的使用和维护有很好的指导意义。
Diesel engine 4125A in which starter AK-10 was adopted was widely used in agricultural tractors. The common faults of AK-10 starter were starting hard and unstart. In order to help the technicians to use and maintain the starter better, various factors of starting hard or unstart and methods to solve the problem of the AK-10 starter were discussed in this paper according to our years-practical experience and specialized knowledge. It has directive significance for using and maintaining that starter.
