The information technology is developing rapidly, and shows great influence on the human being＇ s study and life. College English teaching is innovating following the change of information technology. At present, college English teaching is based on network of information technology, and formed the models of college English teaching based on the students - centered roles. This model can stimulate the students＇ impetus and interest toward English, and improve the quality and efficiency of college English teaching in order to create fine English- learning atmosphere.
