斑蝥酸钠维生素B_6注射液联合TACE治疗中晚期肝癌疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of treatment of liver cancer with combined sodium cantharidate vitamin B_6 injection and TACE therapy

目的观察斑蝥酸钠维生素民注射液联合肝动脉化疗栓塞（TACE）治疗中晚期肝癌的疗效及不良反应。方法将72例中晚期肝癌随机分成治疗组（36例）和对照组（36例），治疗组：斑蝥酸钠维生素民注射液0．5mg／d，静滴，d1—14，于第3天行TACE治疗，术中动脉注射斑蝥酸钠0．5mg；对照组单纯行TACE治疗。2—3周期为一疗程，观察疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率比较，差异无显著性（P〉0．05），两组进展率、生活质量提高率、毒副反应发生率、18和24个月生存率比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论斑蝥酸钠维生素瞰注射液联合肝动脉化疗栓塞（TACE）治疗中晚期肝癌，不仅可降低进展率和毒副反应发生率，而且可提高生活质量，延长中位生存期，提高长期生存率，值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the efficacy and toxic effects of treatment of liver cancer with combined sodium cantharidate vitamin B6 injection and TACE therapy. Methods Seventy-two patients with the middle-stage and advanced liver cancers were divided randomly into the treatment group（ sodium cantharidate） and the control group（TACE）. The treatment group received sodium cantharidate injection 0.5 mg/d, iv gtt, d1-14 ,and TACE on the third day. 0.5mg of sodium cantharidate injection was administered during TACE operation. The control group was treated with TACE only. 2-3 cycles formed a course of treatment. The therapeutic efficacy and toxic effects were observed in every cycle. Results The total response rates in the treatment group and control group showed no statiscally significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The progression rates, 18- and 24-month survival rates, rates of improvement of life quality and toxic reaction rates between the treatment group and control group had statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Treatment of liver cancer with combined sodium cantharidate vitamin B6 injection and TACE therapy not only decreases toxic reaction rate and progression rate, but also improves quality of life, median survival time and long-term survival rates, and is worthy of poptdarization.
