La_2O_3对钼烧结坯组织的影响

摘要 研究了不同La2O3掺杂量对钼烧结坯组织和性能的影响。采用固-液掺杂方式,以MoO2为掺杂母体,设定La2O3的质量百分含量为0.0~3.0,递差0.5共7个级别,制取相应的硝酸镧。将MoO2粉末和硝酸镧水溶液通过双锥混料机进行喷雾干燥掺杂,掺杂Mo粉通过还原制得Mo/La2O3混合粉,以此种粉为原料,采用粉末冶金工艺制备出不同La2O3含量的烧结坯,并对其进行金相观察,测定密度和孔隙度。实验结果得出,La2O3掺杂量为2.0%的烧结坯显微组织和性能最好。 The Mo alloys with different contents of La are produced. By using solid-liquid mixing method, pressing, presintering and sintering process. And the microstructure and density of the alloys are tested as well. The results show that with the addition of La2O3 into the Mo alloys, the formability is improved, grains are refined and the density of sintered Mo alloy is increased. The occurrence of coarse grain was related with the sintering temperature and the rising rate. The Mo-La alloy with coarse grain still can obtain good mechanical properties.
