摘要
针对核电企业备件供应商关系管理的实际要求,基于力量矩阵和关系组合定位理论,着重考虑技术与增值两方面的因素,设计了供应商关系策略等级图。同时,针对不同类别的供应商,设计了具体的关系管理策略。
Based on the theory of power regimes and relationship position management,the relationship strategy randing plan is put forward according to the practical requirements of spare parts vendor management .At the same time,the detailed measures designed for different vendors are analyzed.
