摘要
提出一种考虑线路容量和电压约束的配电系统区间可靠性评估方法。应用区间理论计算了由于元件和负荷参数的不确定性对配电系统可靠性的影响。考虑到网络运行条件对负荷转移的限制,通过区间潮流计算确定故障恢复过程中的网络状态,如果违反网络约束,则以最小化停电损失费用和网损费用为目标函数切除网络中的负荷。结合馈线分区方法,简化了系统结构,提高了计算速度。算例中,分析了参数不确定性条件下负荷转移限制对配电系统可靠性的影响,证明了该方法的有效性。
An interval method for reliability evaluation in distribution system is presented in this paper. The impacts on distribution system reliability with parameters uncertainties of components and loads are calculated using interval theory. Considering the restriction of load transfer, the network restoration state is determined with the interval power flow calculation. In the load shedding strategy the minimum cost of interruption and loss is comprehensively considered, if network constraints are violated. The network structure is simplified and the calculation speed is improved by using the feeder partition method. The impact of load transfer restriction on the distribution system reliability considering the uncertainty of parameters is analyzed in case studies. The application of the proposed algorithm shows its validity.
