毕业设计是加强和完善本科学习阶段的最后一个环节,直接影响着本科人才培养质量和学校总体教学水平,是学生在校期间对所学知识的一次全面检验、总结和提高。本文阐述了毕业设计的重要性与必要性,结合南京理工大学的实际,分析和总结了毕业设计的现状与存在的问题,从科学选题、完善毕业设计过程、因材施教、保证毕业设计论文质量等方面提出了改进毕业设计工作的措施。实践证明,这些措施和建议是切实可行的。

Graduation project is the last stage of enhancement and consummation of undergraduate study period. It will directly influence the quality of undergraduate cultivation and the teaching level of the university. And meanwhile, it is also one chance of completely testing, summarizing and improveing for the whole knowledge the students have learned. This paper presents the importance and necessity of graduation project. It also analyzes and summarizes the current situation and existing problems of the graduation project, considering the reality of Nanjing University of Science and Technology. In this paper, the measures of improving graduation project work are put forward in such aspects as scientific selection of topic, consummation of graduation project process, teaching in accordance of their aptitude, guarantee of the quality of graduation project and etc. In practice, these measures and suggestions are proved to be effective.
