摘要
对我国非公有制经济的发展,一些人或执法单位存在着社会偏见,也存在着不公平待遇,非公有制企业的管理机制不健全、“三乱”现象较为严重,同时也存在着自身行为不规范等问题。本文分析了产生这些问题的原因,提出了相应的对策。
Some people and certain executive departments still have prejudice towards the development of non- public sectors of economy, and non-state-owned enterprises are treated unfairly to a certain extent. The managerial system of these enterprises is incomplete. Furthermore, its inner management is not up to the standard. In order to solve these problems, relevant strategies are brought forward.
