摘要
利用压电传感器实时监测牛血清蛋白(BSA)在传感器金电极表面的吸附过程,并推算出BSA在金电极表面的吸附速率常数ka=0.057m3kg-1s-2、解析常数kd=0.00042s-2。
The adsorption process of bovine serum albumin(BSA) on the golden electrode surface is monitored real time by piezoelectric sensor. The rate constants of adsorption, desorption on the electrode of the sensor are estimated to be ka=0.057 m^3kg^-1s^-2, kd=0.00042 s^-2 respectively.
