摘要
以异戊醇和冰乙酸为原料,采用硫酸铝钾作催化剂合成醋酸异戊酯。考察了催化剂用量、原料配比和反应时间等因素对反应的影响。确定了硫酸铝钾作为催化剂的较优合成条件:酸醇摩尔比为1:1,催化剂用量为乙酸质量的16.7%,反应时间90min,酯化率可达97.6%。
Iso-amyl acetate is synthesized from acetic acid and iso-amyl alcohol, using KAl(SO4)2 as the catalyst. The influences of reaction conditions on the esterification rate are investigated by means of the orthogonal experiment designing. The optimum reaction condition is obtained as follows: 0.1mol acetic acid, molar ratio of acetic acid to iso-amyl alcohol, 1:1 ; and KAl(SO4)2 is 16.7% of the weight of acetic acid ; the reaction time, 90min. The esterification rate of over 97.6% is attained.
