环氧及聚氨酯类涂层抗渗及防腐蚀性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用测定涂层渗水率、吸水率、渗氯离子以及盐雾加速老化常规实验方法研究水、Cl-在环氧富锌底漆、环氧云母氧化铁中间漆、灰色聚氨酯面漆及其组合涂层中的传输、渗透行为。结果表明实验能够反映涂层的抗渗透性能,与常规实验方法配合使用,能提高涂料性能评价的准确性。 This paper researches transmission behavior and osmosis of water and chlorid in epoxy and polyurethane coatings and combination of those organic coatings by the measurement of water vapor transmission,water soption.The experiment results show that it can response the anti-penetrant efficiency of the coating and assembling use of those measurements can raise the accuracy of coating function estimate.
