随着数字技术、网络信息技术的发展与应用,参考咨询工作的要求越来越高,参考馆员需要不断学习以适应工作需要。从网络环境下参考馆员的角色定位、参考馆员终身学习的特点和措施几方面,对参考馆员的终身学习进行了探讨。

With the development and application of the digital technology and network information technology, the demand for the reference work is higher and higher, and the reference librarian need continuous study to adapt themselves to the need of the work. From aspects of the role positioning of reference librarian under the network environment, and the features of and measures for the reference librarian＇s lifelong study, this paper probes into the lifelong study of reference librarian.
