根据SCP范式中市场结构、行为、绩效之间的因果关系,以2005年中国风险投资市场运行数据为基础,分析了我国风险投资产业的现状,并针对政府对风险投资产业的管制,提出了构建我国风险投资产业生态环境的建议,以提高风险投资市场的运行效率。

According to the causal relationship among the market structure, conduct and performance in SCP form, and based on the operation data of Chinese venture capital market in 2005, this paper analyzes on the present situation of Chinese venture capital industry, and in the light of the governmental control of the venture capital industry, advances some suggestions on constructing ecological environment of the venture capital in our country for improving the operating efficiency of the venture capital market.
