工程量清单报价与传统报价模式比较研究

The Comparative Study on the Quantities-bill Quoting Model and Traditional Quoting Model

对工程量清单报价与传统报价进行了比较,提出无论是工程量清单报价,还是传统报价,所反映的工程造价内涵是一致的,但在价格形成的指导思想、计价模式、标评原则、方法等方面存在着本质的区别,指出工程量清单报价是建立我国建筑产品市场定价模式的最有效方式。

This paper compares the quantities-bill quoting model and traditional quoting model, points out that no matter the quantities-bill quoting model or the traditional quoting model, the connotations of the construction cost reflected by the two are uniform, however, there are essential distinguishes in the guiding thoughts, quoting models, bid-evaluation principles and methods formed by the price, and puts forward that the quantities-bill quoting model is the most effective way for establishing the price-fixing mode in our country＇s construction products market.
