摘要
防空兵通用射击评价系统由2部近红外对空观测仪、1台计算机、发电机、PCI部件、打印机等组成。计算机内装视频采集卡、PCI双路串口数据接收卡等,利用高速数据采集卡实时采集靶标、弹迹(炸点)图像和坐标。并以靶面中心为坐标原点,对100×100m靶面,10m靶高的光电靶x、y向按1m步长划分网格。用数值计算法获得不同布站条件下每个网格点靶面坐标的双站交汇测量精度,实现对防空兵实弹射击结果的科学评价。
The air defense forces general firing evaluation system consists of two near-infrared super observation apparatus, one computer, generator, PCI component printer and so on. The video frequency collection block and PCI two-route serial interface accept block and so on used high speed date accept block to collect real-time drone, bullet-trace (burst point) image and coordinate. The system make target surface center as coordinate origin, divided grid for the 100 by 100 meters target surface and ten-meter photoelectricity target's according to one-meter distance in x, y direction. The numerical value arithmetic was used to get the two-spot intersection measuring precision of each network spot target surface coordinate in different station to realize scientific evaluation on the firing results.
