摘要
现役装备故障,从数据整理、时间分段、可靠性评估三方面建立。通过与可靠性状况比较稳定、故障数据较为完整的一段时间平均故障间隔任务时间的比较,得到各段时间故障流失率。再用流失率综合算法得总故障流失率,并修正已建立的可靠性评估模型,构造出现役装备可靠性评估修正模型。
The failure data of equipment on active duty was established based on the data's packing up, the time subsection, and the reliability assessing. Compared TMFHBF with the data of the time that the reliability status was steady and the failure data was integrated, and the failure drain rate in every piece of time was acquired. Then, the drain rate synthesis algorithm was used to achieve whole failure drain rate, modified the established reliability evaluation model, and established the equipment reliability evaluation modification model on activity duty.
