Ethernet Passive Optical Network and Its Key Technology

摘要 以太无源光网络由局侧的光线路终端、用户侧的多个光网络单元及光分配网络组成,采用无源器件进行连接和交换。比较了APON,EPON和GPON技术差异。分析了EPON的结构原理及其关键技术,即上行信道复用技术、测距和时延补偿技术及突发信号的快速同步。展望了EPON的应用前景。 The Ethernet passive optical network consists of in department optical network terminal, many optical network elements in user department, and optical distribution network; the passive equipments were adopted to carry out the linkage and exchange. The technology differences of APON, EPON and GPON were compared. The configuration of EPON and its key technology were analyzed particularly, and the key technology includes the techniques of up-channel multiplexing, ranging and delay compensation, and the fast synchronization of bursting signals. Its prospect was expected at last.
